The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Green Turtle Americas as it seeks a talented Marketing Specialist, located in Charlotte, NC.

This position will be responsible for developing sales and marketing tools and materials for an international audience, as well as assisting in planning and project coordination.  Key responsibilities for the position will include the following.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and producing product collateral such as brochures, newsletters, direct mail pieces, tradeshow graphics and technical materials.
2. Assisting with completion of annual marketing plan and budgets.
3. Monitoring project timelines and budgets
4. Overseeing maintenance of public web site and online partner portal.
5. Coordinating projects with external creative partners and agencies.
6. Planning and coordinating various meetings, events, tradeshows.
7. Developing sales tools such as presentations, advertisements and promotional items.
8. Establishing and tracking performance metrics for marketing programs.
9. Developing product training presentations and materials.
10. Assisting with internal corporate communications.

Essential Qualifications:

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field from a recognized educational institution.
• 3 to 6 years’ experience developing marketing programs, preferably in a business-to-business industry.
• Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into tangible customer benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and vendor-management skills.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results- and task-oriented with a capacity to think and act independently.
• Knowledge of graphic design, printing, and advertising process.
• Good understanding of HTML.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
